If you were using some url rewrite module in with OSC than migrating to SEO URL is a tough ask. You should have analyzed it first only then migrated. If you were using plain urls you can block them in robots.txt file.

The best you can do is 301 redirects from old pages to new ones. You also need to control pages which google is crawling. SEO URLs have caused google to crawl products pages with and without categories, thus creating duplicate content. The duplicate content will not impact immediately but its likely to hit soon.

The traffic will get batter but not very soon. Best of the luck.

I'm having this problem. I came from running a heavily modified OS Commerce store that became a pain to update so I migrated my catalogue to CRE and now I seem to have so many different ways of churning out the same page.

It has hurt me in the search engines, traffic is down by 60%. I 301 redirected all my product pages to the new pages within the catalogue tree.

Any help really would be appreciated.
